Liability for content

The content of our web pages is created with great care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the validity, completeness and up-to-dateness of the content. As service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these web pages in compliance with general law, according to § 7 Sect. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as service providers, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved external information or to investigate circumstances which point to illegal activities. Responsible for the contents of linked web pages are always those providing or maintaining the web pages. The linked web pages were examined for possible breaches of the law at the point when they were linked. Contents which break the law could not be identified at the point of linking. A permanent content-related monitoring of the linked web pages without a concrete indication of a breach of the law is, however, not reasonable. As soon as respective breaches of the law come to our attention, we will delete such links immediately.
